Strict factory selection, inspection on every order
As a trading company, our value is in choosing the right factories and holding them to the agreed standard. These are the checks behind every shipment.
What we check before working with a factory
A factory is only added to our supply base after it passes an assessment, and it stays there only while its orders keep passing inspection.
Licences and registration
Business licence, export qualification and the legal entity that will sign the purchase contract.
Production capacity
Lines, equipment and workforce for the product, and whether key processes are done in house or subcontracted.
Quality system
Incoming material checks, process controls, final testing and how defects are recorded and fixed.
Test reports and certificates
Valid reports for the exact model and market, with issuing lab and report number checked.
Working conditions
Safe working environment, fire safety and orderly storage of components and finished goods.
Track record
Sample quality, communication and on-time delivery, reviewed after every order.
Four checkpoints for every order
Each checkpoint is recorded, and goods are released only after you accept the final report.
Sample approval
A production grade sample is tested and approved by you. It becomes the reference for all later inspections.
Incoming materials
Key components such as PCBs, plastics, pins, copper wire and packaging are checked against the agreed specification.
In-line inspection
Early production units are checked for assembly, function and markings so problems are fixed before the full run.
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished, packed goods are sampled to ISO 2859-1 for appearance, function, safety, labels and carton marks.
How many units are inspected
We use ISO 2859-1, general inspection level II, single sampling under normal inspection. Critical defects are never accepted. Defect limits are agreed with you before production.
| Order quantity per model | Units inspected | Major defects (AQL 2.5) accept / reject | Minor defects (AQL 4.0) accept / reject |
|---|---|---|---|
| 151 – 280 | 32 | 2 / 3 | 3 / 4 |
| 281 – 500 | 50 | 3 / 4 | 5 / 6 |
| 501 – 1,200 | 80 | 5 / 6 | 7 / 8 |
| 1,201 – 3,200 | 125 | 7 / 8 | 10 / 11 |
| 3,201 – 10,000 | 200 | 10 / 11 | 14 / 15 |
| 10,001 – 35,000 | 315 | 14 / 15 | 21 / 22 |
Stricter levels, such as AQL 1.5 for major defects, can be agreed for retail programmes.
