From inquiry to delivery

Inquiry and specification
You tell us the product, market and quantity. We confirm wattage, plug type, cable, packaging and certification needs.
Quotation
We compare suitable factories and send a quotation with unit price, MOQ, lead time and the test reports held for each model.
Sample approval
A production grade sample is sent for you to test. The approved sample becomes the standard for the order.
Production
Production starts after written approval. We follow the schedule and check materials and assembly on the line.
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished goods are sampled to ISO 2859-1 and checked against the approved sample. You receive the full report.
Shipping and documents
Goods leave by sea, air or express with the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents.
Checked before it leaves the factory
Every order is inspected against the approved sample: appearance, function, safety markings, labels and packaging. Defect limits are agreed with you before production starts, so there are no surprises at delivery.
